Delivery Promise

At usa.amazoniaswimwear.com we are committed to meeting delivery times. If you are not present to receive your order on the day it arrives, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the front desk or with someone at the specified address. It is not necessary for the person who placed the order to be the one receiving it, unless you notify us through our customer service channels. We understand how important this is for you, and we know you wouldn’t want to wait for another opportunity to receive it.

At AMAZONIA SWIMWEAR S.A.S. we want to ensure that your order is delivered within the agreed time frame. If we need to contact you regarding any updates about your order and cannot reach you within a month, we will proceed with a refund. If the payment was made by credit card, we will request a refund from ePayco. If it was made by debit card via bank transfer, we will send a request for bank certification to your registered email to process the refund. The shipping cost is not included in the product price and will be displayed during the checkout process after entering your delivery address. Occasionally, due to promotional strategies, shipping may be free, and this will be announced on the website in current promotions.

In accordance with legal regulations, if the delivery of your order is not completed within thirty (30) calendar days, you may request the cancellation of the transaction and a refund of the amount paid. Upon submitting this request, the refund will be processed within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date you report the non-receipt of the order within the thirty (30) days. This is provided there are no cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of AMAZONIA SWIMWEAR S.A.S.

ORDER STATUS

We will send you several emails to keep you updated on the status of your order, from the moment your payment is approved, when we are processing your order, and when it is invoiced and shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! We are aware of the delivery date provided at the time of payment and will ensure that the items are delivered within that timeframe; we will inform you in case of any delays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to be fully processed, we will contact you via email.
